Como dato técnico decir que la temperatura de color se mide en grados Kelvin en lugar de grados Celsius.
Blanco cálido
Las bombillas LED de color blanco cálido 2700K-3000K, tienen un tono amarillento-anaranjado parecido al de las bombillas incandescentes, que es ideal para relajarnos y sirve para destacar los colores amarillos de una estancia.
Para la decoración de una casa es ideal para dormitorios y salas de estar.
Blanco natural
Las bombillas LED de color blanco natural o neutro 4000K-4500K, es un tono intermedio entre blanco frío y blanco cálido; sirve para ambientes más actuales y activos que con el blanco cálido, también es ideal para espacios públicos y zonas de trabajo (despachos, iluminación comercial,…).
Para la decoración de una casa es ideal para cocinas, baños o garajes. Realmente se puede instalar en cualquier entorno que no requiera el matiz específico de los otros dos tipos.
Blanco frío
Las bombillas LED de color blanco frío 6000K-6500K, es el tipo de luz más blanca (aunque de tono azulado), es ideal para zonas que requieran mucha luminosidad como oficinas, despachos, bibliotecas,… además es un tipo de luz que nos mantiene despiertos.
Para la decoración de una casa es útil en cocinas y en zonas de paso.
El blanco frío es el tipo de iluminación LED más blanco
Color o Tono RGB
Como extra comentar que otras de las grandes ventajas de la iluminación con LED es que no tiene porqué ser todo blanco, existen bombillas LED de color RGB disponen de los 3 colores básicos que conforman cualquier carta de colores (Rojo-Red, Verde-Green, Azul-Blue), son luces que pueden cambiar mediante una aplicación (App) o mando a distancia, y sirve tanto como iluminación, como elemento decorativo.
