Claves para mejorar la iluminación de tu tienda

Trucos para mejorar la iluminación LED en tiendas y comercios

Para crear un sistema de iluminación LED en tiendas/comercios que sea interesante y atractivo para nuestros clientes, hay que tener en cuenta una serie de conceptos básicos, que, aunque parezcan muy básicos e intuitivos, se han de manejar a la perfección para permitirnos crear la iluminación que mejor se adecue a nuestro negocio. Los conceptos a tener en cuenta son los siguientes:

Lúmenes o intensidad luminosa

Con las tecnologías tradicionales (halógenas, incandescentes, fluorescentes, etc.) se hablaba en términos de potencia. Con la introducción en el mercado de la tecnología LED, se ha introducido nuevos conceptos, siendo uno de ellos los lúmenes; este nuevo concepto nos va a ayudar a conocer el nivel de iluminación proporcionada por una bombilla. Por ejemplo, una bombilla incandescente de 60W proporciona 600 Lm, nos puede servir de referencia ya que todo el mundo está familiarizado con esta bombilla.

Este factor es muy importante conocerlo ya que nos indica cuánta luz nos proporciona una bombilla en función del consumo que tiene. De esta manera también nos está indicando de manera indirecta la cantidad de iluminación proporcionada por la luminaria.

Índice de Reproducción Cromática (CRI)

Una de las cosas más importantes en una tienda o comercio es la de mostrar los productos tal y cómo son, por esto es muy importante elegir iluminación que tenga un CRI alto (>80). De esta manera los colores se reflejan lo más fiel posible y no tenemos ninguna alteración que nos pueda confundir a la hora de presentar un producto. Por tanto, se puede concluir que cuanto más cerca estemos de un valor de 100 mayor será la fidelidad con la que se reproducen los colores.

Temperatura de color

Este factor nos indica la tonalidad de color blanca que emitirá la luz. Se mide en grados Kelvin (K). La clasificación más utilizada dentro del mundo de la iluminación se divide en tres categorías.

  • Blanco Cálido (2700 - 3000 K)
  • Blanco natural (4000 - 4500K)
  • Blanco frío (6000 - 6500K)

Una vez se han presentado los conceptos más básicos y que se deben de tener en cuenta, vamos a proceder a dar unos consejos sobre cómo iluminar una tienda o comercio.

Iluminación LED en comercios y estado de ánimo

Los locales comerciales deben prestar especial atención al decorar sus instalaciones, ya que una buena decoración forma parte del buen funcionamiento del negocio. Y, como parte de esta decoración apropiada, la iluminación comercial es esencial al momento de diseñar los ambientes. De esta manera, se debe prestar especial atención a las luces que se colocan en el local.

Las antiguas luminarias lo que conseguían era dar una iluminación brillante, un poco excesiva que, molestaba a los ojos del cliente, creaba sombras y daba tonalidades falsas a la mercancía, a un costo muy elevado en el consumo eléctrico, un calentamiento excesivo de la bombillas e, inclusive, calentamiento de los mismos productos.

Una de las grandes ventajas de la tecnología LED a la hora de iluminar un comercio es que permite que la iluminación sea realizada con diferentes criterios de alumbrado; como potencias, ángulos de apertura e incluso varias temperaturas del color, dependiendo del tipo de mercancía que se quiere exhibir, tipo de tienda.

Por todo esto, en los espacios dentro de un comercio debe vigilarse el cuidado en la iluminación, ya que una mala iluminación producirá tonalidades y sombras sobre el lugar y la mercancía, que no favorecerán nunca la venta debido a que, no se reflejará la verdadera tonalidad, colores y calidad del producto. Por lo tanto, la zona de exhibición de mercancía dentro de la tienda ha tener una iluminación cuidadosa que, evite producir sombras y pérdida de colores en los productos que se tienen a la vista del público. Siempre es importante tener claro que en este tipo de establecimiento, lo mejor es que el cliente pueda apreciar el color y la textura de la mercancía que se está ofreciendo.

La elección de una temperatura de color u otra hará que la compra sea un éxito total o un fracaso estrepitoso. Como hemos comentado anteriormente, la elección de la tonalidad de luz irá enfocada al producto que vendamos y la experiencia que queramos crear. Hay tiendas que crean un ambiente tenue y relajante de modo que podamos escapar de la rutina y poder relajarnos mientras compramos.

Cuanto mayor tiempo pase una persona en el establecimiento, mayor será la probabilidad de compra.

En cambio, otros comercios optan por música electrónica combinada con luz de colores para que la compra sea un momento divertido donde escapar de la rutina y pasar un rato agradable. Todo esto que hemos comentado dependerá de nuestro público y del producto que vendemos.

Es muy conocido que las personas reaccionan de manera rápida ante estímulos visuales que se pueden salir del estándar. Esto tiene que ser utilizado a favor a la hora de vender un producto. Se pueden utilizar técnicas cómo la mezcla de tonalidades o la introducción de colores que resulten atractivos al cliente.

Cada producto LED tiene su función

En múltiples ocasiones, es más importante el producto que escogemos que la tonalidad en que lo hacemos. Cada producto tiene su misión y su función, por lo que para escoger un producto tienes que tener muy claro lo que quieres vender. Entre los productos a usar en un comercio podríamos citar:

  • Tiras LED: Para iluminar estanterías, muebles, mostradores, vitrinas, escaparates, techos,...  multitud de funciones son las que podemos realizar con una tira LED, ya sea por motivos estéticos como serían las tiras LED RGB, para iluminación puntual-indirecta como serían las tiras LED SMD 3528 o 5050, o ya para una iluminación general del comercio estarían las tiras LED SMD 3014 o 2835.

  • Focos de carril: Ya sea en el formato focos monofásicos o en el formato focos trifásicos, su ventaja radica en su movilidad y posicionamiento (Giro de 360º y orientación en cualquier sentido); podrás enfocar la luz donde más te interese en todo momento.

  • LED para muebles o Regletas T5 LED: Utilizado en expositores, vitrinas y mobiliario en general, se utilizan muy a menudo vitrinas o expositores que hay que iluminar muy bien interiormente, muy fácil de instalar con un mantenimiento mínimo.

  • Paneles LED: Para iluminación de grandes superficies comerciales donde existe techo desmontable o de escayola, su facilidad en la instalación y su simple estética dan mucha armonía a diversos tipos de negocios.

  • Luces Emergencia LED: Para las puertas de emergencia, baños, salidas, pasillos en los cuales por normativa en locales de pública concurrencia como las grandes superficies comerciales, está obligada su instalación.

  • Lámparas colgantes LED: Muy llamativas a la hora de destacar un mostrador, la barra de un local o cafetería, la entrada o pasillo de cualquier comercio.

  • Proyectores/Focos LED: Imprescindibles para la  iluminación de las fachadas o cartelería de un comercio, para que este se vea y destaque ante el resto de comercios de la zona.
